If your point of contact from last year is no longer at your organization or needs to be changed, please contact our team here and we will help you get set up as a user.
New this year, organizations can have multiple users associated with their page!
This means that you can set up anyone who needs access to your North Texas Giving Day page with their own personal account.
PLEASE NOTE: Anyone with a user account will have access to your donor information - so please do not give a login to anyone who does not specifically need it.
You can set up user accounts by logging into your organization's profile and clicking My Users and then clicking Add a new user. Click this will open a pop-out box, fill in the information for the new user and click Submit.
After you have followed these steps the new user can visit the login page and click “Forgot Password” and use the email address provided to reset their password for their user account.
